Advertising Application

Before you select your advertising, please print these ad requirements for your reference.


All ads must be typeset and ready to go to the printer, even if it is the same ad as the previous year. Business card scans or incorrect size files will not be accepted.

All Ad files and logos must be in PDF, Tiff or Jpeg form, 300dpi and Black and White. Logos can be .eps files. Please email all files to [email protected].


  • Full page (vertical only):  7.75" high x 5" wide
  • Half page (horizontal only):  4" high x 4.85" wide
  • Quarter page vertical:  3.75" high x 2.5" wide
  • Quarter page horizontal:  2.94" high x 5" wide

Each ad will have a black border in the book so there is no need to add one.

By submitting this form, you are agreeing to purchase advertising for the Arbutus Arts Festival. The Arbutus Arts Festival Committee reserves the right to decline any advertising deemed inappropriate or content that is not approved by the GABA.

Payment Instructions

Once your application has been processed and approved, you will be sent a notification with payment instructions. Payment can be made via check made payable to Arbutus Arts Festival or online credit card payment.
